Fomi is an AI-powered focus companion that helps users understand and improve their attention during work sessions.
With your explicit permission, the app uses a combination of on-device processing and secure AI model inference to detect potential distractions and evaluate attention patterns.
Distraction detection may involve limited, transient transmission of anonymized visual data to secure AI services for inference — for example, trusted model providers such as OpenAI API or Google Gemini.

Fomi may display reminders, analytics, or insights to help you maintain deep work habits.

To provide its core functionality, Fomi may access:
    •    Active app and window titles
    •    Periodic screen captures (processed locally and/or via secure AI inference for distraction detection)
    •    User-provided text inputs such as work goals or task descriptions

You retain full ownership of your data. By using the app, you grant Lollapalooza Lab a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to process such data solely to operate and improve the service.

You agree not to use Fomi in ways that:
    •    Violate applicable laws or third-party rights
    •    Attempt to interfere with or reverse-engineer the app
    •    Transmit or generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Fomi app (excluding user-generated or local data) belong to Lollapalooza Lab.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our software or included materials.

Fomi offers an unlimited usage subscription plan that provides full access to all available features during the subscription period.
Pricing and available plans are listed within the app and may change from time to time.
All payments and renewals are processed through the App Store and are subject to its terms and conditions.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.
You may delete your account and any locally stored data at any time.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lollapalooza Lab, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the app, violation of these Terms, or misuse of the service.

Fomi is operated from the United States.
If you are located outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to and processed in countries that may not provide the same level of data protection as your jurisdiction.
By using the app, you consent to this transfer and acknowledge that such processing is necessary for providing the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lollapalooza Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
